Symptom
A rapid memory leak may be observed on an ASR900-series (ASR903, ASR920) router. This is observed in SNMP: the output of 'show memory allocating-process totals' will show "SNMP MEDIUM CHUNK" and "SNMP VB CHUNK" consistently growing in size:

ASR903/920 system running affected code and having 'snmp-server host' configured.
Workaround
Possible workaround is to remove snmp-server host configuration.
