This is a bug that has multiple symptoms observed on ASR9K running IOS-XR. (a) In Release 4.2.1, reloading a Line Card that hosts the physical member of a Bundle interface causes the traffic flowing via that member to drop. (b) In Releases 4.2.0, 4.2.1, a flap of Tunnel TE with Preferred path causes Forwarding resource leaks. (c) The process fib_mgr on the line card crashes when a physical Ethernet type of interface is flapped in Release 4.2.1

(a) Flap the physical member interface associated with the bundle that drops the traffic once the Line card is in "IOS XR RUN" state. (b) There is no workaround. (c) There is no workaround.
