N5596 seeing input errors/runts increasing, on1gig SFP-fiber ports with no cable plugged in.
N5596 equipped with SFP-1000BASE-SX on the base ports, just with te SFP plugged in and no cable attached. With cable and interface up, no issue with SFP GLC-T, problem doesn't happen and also with SFP-1000BASE-SX on fabric extenders isn't seen
