When satellite interface config is in preconfig state, and when satellite ID is greater than 1000, invalid input detected is seen when "sh run interface preconfigure GigabitEthernet1000/0/0/1" is executed. Pre-config are seen when performing show run. RP/0/RSP0/CPU0:VKG-6#sh run interface preconfigure GigabitEthernet1000/0/0/1 ^ % Invalid input detected at '^' marker.
Iinvalid input detected is seen when "sh run interface preconfigure GigabitEthernet1000/0/0/1" is executed.
show run will display appropriate config.
