G8032 does not properly flush and traffic loss on ASR9K/4.1.1
lab test example example: For G8032 deployment on ASR9K routers, When link between ELAB9060 and ELAB9030 is down, the G8032 blocks this link and unblock the link ELAB9020 - ELAB9050. When link ELAB9060 - ELAB9030 is up (and wait-to-restore expires) the G8032 unblocks this link and unblocks link ELAB9020 - ELAB9050, as expected. However the BE103 is not flushed on ELAB9030, so the traffic is still forwarding through BE103 (and dropped on ELAB9020). So the traffic is down for about 5 minutes until the MAC forwarding table ages.
