When downloading the Harmony Disk and Media Encryption (Full Disk Encryption (FDE)) recovery file from the Web Management Console, this error appears: Failed to retrieve a recovery file for computer:XXX ;The problem is specific to version R82 of on-premises Endpoint Security Management Server.
The issue occurs because the Web Management component in Endpoint Security Management Server R82 does not include the required update for handling recovery file downloads.
