A Red alert appears near the Security Gateway status in SmartConsole , although all Security Gateway's processes and blades are functioning properly. ;When opening the "Device & License information" page for the Security Gateway, all Statuses appear green and functioning correctly.
The Security Gateway forwards incorrect statuses from the CPD, or the Security Management is not updating the current status of the Security Gateway.
