When you attempt to connect the SSL VPN client for a locally-managed Firebox, Web Access Control could deny access if it identifies the server to which the Firebox SSL VPN client connects as an unknown site. The server is the IP address of the primary external interface of a Firebox or an FQDN that resolves to that IP address.
To resolve this issue, you must add the Firebox server's IP address or Domain name to the Web Access Control list of allowed pages (whitelist): For information on the Firebox IP address or domain name configuration for VPN SSL connection, go to Configure Firebox IP Address or Domain Name Settings in Help Center .
