Issue
This Known Issue applies to WatchGuard EDR, EDR Core, EPDR, and Advanced EPDR. Windows endpoints with Endpoint Security protection version 8.00.21.xxxx can show protection errors after hibernation or suspension mode.For information on how to determine your protection version, go to Determine the Software Version in Help Center.
Workaround/Solution
A hotfix is available to resolve this issue.To apply a hotfix on the affected endpoint:
Download and save the hotfix file to the endpoint: hotfix_psanmsrvc_gui_8.00.21.x.exe.Double-click the downloaded file.If prompted, to fully apply the hotfix, restart the endpoint.
