Issue
WebBlocker does not currently recognize some newer and legacy website URL categories.
For categories that the Firebox does not currently recognize, the cats= field in the HTTPS/HTTP categories logs will include the text cats="Unrecognized". The Firebox will take the action configured for uncategorized websites for traffic destined to URLs that are categorized as Unrecognized. WebBlocker reports will include both the Uncategorized and Unrecognized categories. In the WatchGuard Security Portal, the URL Category lookup tool will return expected category results.
Workaround/Solution
No workaround is available at this time. We will update WebBlocker categories in a future Fireware release.
