Issue
In macOS Catalina, if the IPSec Mobile VPN Client for macOS uses p12 certificates stored in automatically-created directories in the user's home directory (such as Documents, Desktop, or Downloads), an Access Denied error appears.
Workaround/Solution
Store the certificate files in a directory below the user's home directory.
