Issue
When a Mac computer with the AuthPoint agent for macOS is locked, after the user authenticates and unlocks the computer from the Lock page, Siri does not work. The user gets a message that says "You'll need to unlock your computer first."
This issue occurs intermittently, and only when the computer is left idle and locks automatically. The issue does not occur when a user logs out.
This happens because of an Apple bug related to the way that macOS handles specific authentication parameters used by third-party authorization software, such as the AuthPoint agent for macOS.
Workaround/Solution
To restore Siri, log out and then log in to the computer again. You can also restart the computer.
