Issue
In WatchGuard Cloud, on the Monitor > Devices > Device_Name > Logs > Log Search page, there is no default selection in the Log Type drop-down list located in the upper, right corner of the page.If you do not select a Log Type from the drop-down list, WatchGuard Cloud is unable to return report data for your query, the search fails, and this error banner appears:Could not get reports data. Please contact your administrator.
Workaround/Solution
When you enter a search query, select an option from the Log Type drop-down list. Options include: Traffic logs, Event logs, Alarm logs, Statistic log, or All logs.
