Issue
When you try to log in to Access Portal with AuthPoint or AD credentials and your user name or password includes a Unicode character (such as ä, ü, or ö), the Firebox redirects you back to the Access Portal login page after you authenticate.
Workaround/Solution
Log in with your email address instead of your user name.
