Issue
If you use Policy Manager or Web UI to edit an External VLAN, the Apply firewall policies to intra-VLAN traffic check box is automatically selected, even if you previously cleared this check box.
Workaround/Solution
If you do not want this check box selected, you must clear it each time you edit an External VLAN.
