Issue
It is not possible to configure two-factor authentication for a resource.
Workaround/Solution
This limitation is caused by the Web UI optimization in SSL OS v3.1. If this problem occurs, try this procedure:
1. Create a new access rule with both Password and LDAP methods. Bind them with an "AND".
2. Add this new access rule to the Global Access rule.
