Issue
In Policy Manager, if you use the Network > Routes dialog box to change the metric for a BOVPN Virtual Interface route, Policy Manager will also reassign that route to a different configured BOVPN Virtual Interface.This issue only occurs If you have multiple BOVPN Virtual Interfaces configured on your Firebox.
Workaround/Solution
In Policy Manager, you can use the BOVPN Virtual Interface > VPN Routes dialog box to change the route metric for any configured BOVPN Virtual Interfaces. You can also use this dialog to correct any routes assigned to the wrong Virtual Interface.To learn more about this configuration dialog, see Configure a BOVPN Virtual Interface
