Issue

In the Fireware XTM Web UI, in the Mobile VPN with IPSec page, if you select the "Make security policies read-only in the Mobile VPN client" check box and then generate a set of mobile user configuration files, the configuration files are not read-only.

Workaround/Solution

Use Policy Manager to generate the mobile user configuration files.
