After you upgrade a Firebox or XTM device from an older version of Fireware (such as v11.6.x) to Fireware v11.10.x, configured HTTP proxy actions that have WebBlocker enabled may appear to have no settings configured. When this occurs, the HTTP proxy action cannot correctly process web traffic.
Follow these steps in Policy Manager to restore the correct settings to your HTTP proxy actions: Select Setup > Actions > WebBlocker.Select a WebBlocker action and click Edit.Click OK to save the WebBlocker action settings. Do not make any changes at this time.Repeat Steps 2-3 for each WebBlocker action.Click Close. Save your configuration to your Firebox.
