Issue
In the Mobile VPN configuration for a cloud-managed Firebox, WatchGuard Cloud allows a Mobile VPN name to contain non-ASCII characters. If you configure a VPN name with non-ASCII characters, Mobile VPN profile installation fails on Windows clients.
Workaround/Solution
In the Mobile VPN configuration in WatchGuard Cloud, specify a VPN name that contains only letters, numbers, dash (-), comma (,), underscore (_), and period (.).
