Update: The Workspace ONE team has implemented a temporary fix for this issue in the versions listed below. The last release containing this fix will be Workspace ONE UEM 2402. Subsequent versions will not contain this fix. To prevent impact, customers must upgrade Intelligent Hub to a supported version before Workspace ONE UEM is upgraded to a release higher than 2402. Versions of Workspace ONE UEM containing the temporary fix: 23.10.0.3+23.6.0.20+23.2.0.38 The issue is resolved in more recent versions of Intelligent Hub. Organizations should upgrade their devices to a supported version of Intelligent Hub in order to resolve this issue. For more information, see our the Workspace ONE Application Support Policy. On affected devices managed in Android Enterprise mode, organizations can still assign Intelligent Hub to their devices as a Public Application. Organizations are recommended to set the assigned Auto Update Priority to High Priority to ensure devices are updated to a supported version as soon as possible. Workspace ONE UEM provisions Public Apps through Managed Google Play, so direct communication between Intelligent Hub and Workspace ONE UEM is not a pre-requisite for this upgrade mechanism. The exceptions to the above rule are non-GMS (AOSP) devices and devices operating in closed networks, where Intelligent Hub upgrades must be pushed directly through Hub as an Internal App or through Product Provisioning. The Workspace ONE UEM team is actively investigating ways to temporarily restore communication between the affected, older versions of Android Intelligent Hub and newer versions of Workspace ONE UEM. This article will be updated as we work towards a resolution. Note: Intelligent Hub 20.11 and lower will not support newer OS versions. Please refer to our Knowledge Base for more information on the minimum supported versions for Android 12 and onwards.
