Devices enrolled to a staging user may be dissociated from the staging user when the user's Organization Group is deleted. This can lead to the affected device not being associated with any user. Devices affected in this manner will have to be re-enrolled to restore functionality.
Solution
The Workspace ONE product team acknowledges the opportunity for improvement of this interaction and are committed to addressing it be implementing additional safeguards in the Organization Group (OG) deletion experience.In the interim, please ensure that staging users and devices are not associated with an OG that is to be deleted as OG deletion should be a carefully scrutinized action.
