Workspace ONE UEM is ending support for all basic and advanced Telecom Management capabilities to align investment with the next generation of UEM capabilities. End of Support Summary This end of general support will go into effect on May 1st 2024, after this date, Telecom Management functionality may behave unexpectedly or be removed from Workspace ONE UEM without notice.Telecom Management functionality which is impacted by this end of support: Telecom Plans, and the related creation, management, and assignment capabilities. The Telecom Dashboard and all the visualizations and graphs visible there.The Telecom List View and all device and SIM card lists to view usage across devices.The Device Details > Telecom tab, relating to any telecom plans assigned to the device. General monthly data usage can still be viewed.Compliance rules for Telecom Management, specifically cell data usage and roaming cell data usage rules.The Jasper Integration to enable and disable SIM cards registered with Jasper.Any APIs to get information about or manage any of the features above. The Workspace ONE Product Team recommends migrating away from using any of the capabilities above that will be impacted by this end of general support.Any other functionality related to cellular, or telecom capabilities will remain unaffected by this end of support, these capabilities which will continue to be supported include, but are not limited to: The collection of data usage by Intelligent Hub on iOS and Android devices which can be viewed on the Device Details > Telecom tab.Reporting the roaming status of an enrolled iOS and Android device.The SIM Card Change and Roaming Status compliance rules.Reporting general cellular information of an enrolled device, currently shown on the Device Details > Network tab, such as phone number, cellular carrier, and roaming status. Customer Impact Any customers utilizing Compliance Rules, Telecom Plans, or any other Workspace ONE UEM use-cases which relies on the Telecom Management features mentioned above is recommended to phase out any dependent business policies.Once the end of general support date is reached any functionality in the Workspace ONE UEM console related to these features may be removed.
