This article will provide a support statement for Windows 10 LTSC 2019 and LTSC 2021 with VMware Workspace ONE UEM 23.02 and Intelligent HUB 23.02.Be aware that a different UEM or/and HUB version might behave different, and we'll only support on the best effort basis.VMware is working on expanding the support for Windows LTSC versions, and this support statement will be replaced once the status changes.

By default, LTSC 2019 will not provide any HUB UI including HUB UI enrollment flow. Customers that need a HUB UI for enrolling the devices / re-assigning the device, will need to reach out the VMware to get a specific HUB Version only for LTSC 2019. This special HUB version will provide full support for the enrollment and re-assignment flow. Every other UI functionality is not tested by VMware, and we'll only provide limited support for this.Please ensure that the "Automatic Update" functionality in the UEM console is disabled, to avoid HUB updates. This special release will not receive any updates for the UI.The HUB build for LTSC 2019 devices that require a UI is: 23.04. This version is only supported on LTSC 2019.Any use case or functionality not mentioned in this article will receive best effort support. If the specific Windows Version supports the underlying CSP, VMware will support the feature. If the CSP does not exist in the specific Windows Version, the feature is not supported.VMware will fully support the listed use cases with Windows LTSC devices in Microsoft "Mainstream Support" with VMware Workspace ONE UEM 23.02 and HUB 23.02.The listed use cases on LTSC devices in Microsoft "Extended Support" will only receive security related updates for VMware Workspace ONE UEM 23.02 and Intelligent HUB 23.02.Any UEM or HUB version change, or the end of support for the 23.02 release, will cause this support statement to lose its validity.
