Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub for Windows
Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub is tested and supported on the two previous versions (N-2) of the Workspace ONE UEM console. N is the latest version of UEM console available. For instance, Intelligent Hub 2302.x is supported on UEM console versions 2302, 2212, and 2210.
Older versions of Intelligent Hub are supported on newer versions of the Workspace ONE console (N+2). For example, Intelligent Hub 2210.x is compatible with Workspace ONE UEM console versions 2210, 2212, and 2302.
VMware Application Deployment Agent (SFD)
The SFD client is a pre-packaged, or "seeded," app included in each version of the Workspace ONE UEM Console. Administrators have no control over the deployment or version of this application.
Deploying the SFD client outside the built-in UEM flow is not supported (for example, sideloading to a device). The only version of the SFD that is supported is the one pre-packaged with your specific version of the Workspace ONE console.
Many features have mutual dependencies between Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub and SFD. The compatibility support matrix for these two apps aligns with the N-2 support for the Workspace ONE console version. To access the latest SFD build, you must upgrade your Workspace ONE UEM console that includes the latest version of the SFD client.
