Symptoms
This issue happens when the drs_lock_vm_group attribute is not removed from vSphere when BOSH deletes a VM
Resolution
Go to vSphere -> Menu -> Tags & Custom AttributesThere should be drs_lock_vm_group in the listDelete that attribute.
