Check your internet connection: Ensure that you are connected to the internet and that your internet connection is stable and active.Are other corporate resources available and accessible?Can you reach the address configured for your horizon client via a Browser?Wait for the machine to become available or access an alternate desktop in the pool. Troubleshooting Steps for a Horizon Administrator:Investigate the cause of the connection reset. Has the client ceased sending keepalive messages (set-last-user-activity) due to network connectivity issues and reached an idle timeout? A client can drop off the network potentially if a laptop lid is closed, has the network adapter accidentally disabled or has the session simply been idle (no keyboard or mouse connectivity for an extended period of time.Examine the device event logs to identify potential cause.
