The following issues have been identified:1. On Samsung Android 13 devices with Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub v22.09, devices may get stuck at the "Enterprise EULA" activation screen indefinitely, and will fail to enroll. This impacts any Android Enterprise management mode.2. For all Samsung devices running Knox 2.8 and higher, when customers are using a legacy Knox premium license (license key beginning with "KLM03"), the key will not be activated.3. If an expired or invalid license key is provided in Intelligent Hub Settings in the Workspace ONE UEM console, the device will get stuck at the "Enterprise EULA" activation screen indefinitely, and will fail to enroll. This includes Knox EFOTA and Knox Configure licenses beginning with "KLM10." These keys should not be entered into the Intelligent Hub settings in the Workspace ONE UEM console, as they cannot be activated by Hub.
There are issues with the activation of the new KPE Standard key on Android 13, which replaced the legacy ELM key (see https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/88179 for more details). The issue with KLM03 keys is caused by the failure to activate the required Backwards Compatible Key (BCK) on devices running Knox 2.8 and higher. This behavior will be corrected in Intelligent Hub v22.11.
Samsung Android 13 devices may fail to enroll when using Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub 22.09 unless the workaround is followed. Additionally, legacy Knox Premium license keys beginning with "KLM03" will not activate successfully, which will result in premium Knox policies failing to apply. Please follow the workaround to avoid this issue.
A new version of Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub (v22.10.0.15) has been officially released to fix the Android 13 activation issue.Intelligent Hub v22.11 will correct the issue with legacy KLM03 premium keys.

The issue will be resolved with Hub v22.11.You can download Hub v22.08 here: https://resources.workspaceone.com/view/gz3jc4zcxlj537hx43qc/en Please note that after December 1, 2022, Hub 22.08 can no longer be used to enroll devices due to the expiration of the ELM license key.Issue 3:Please replace or remove the expired or invalid license key from the console.
