Symptoms
After upgrade to Horizon 2111 users with blank passwords (such as lab systems) are unable to login.The following error is observed:

Cause
This issue occurs because Horizon 2111 applies encryption to the user password and this causes users with blank passwords to fail login.
Resolution
This issue is resolved in the Horizon 2111 22fq4 slipstream release.
