Symptoms
Blast Secure Gateway service is running and not listening on port 8443 and no alternative service is consuming the port.
CMD Prompt Check as an Admin:
C:\windows\system32>netstat -bano | findstr 8443
The file "absg-worker.js" is missing from the directory path C:\Program Files\VMware\VMware View\Server\appblastgateway\lib\.You can see a logline similar to this example from the Blast Secure Gateway log file:
C:\ProgramData\VMware\VDM\logs\Blast Secure Gateway\absg.log

Cause
absg-worker.js was deleted by a third-party security software or Windows system.
Resolution
Restore the absg-worker.js file from a back-up or replace this file from a Replica Connection Server running the same version of Horizon.
