Symptoms
When installing certificates (certs) for Wi-Fi authentication, one of the required CA certificates may not install correctly in some situations (depending on the device manufacturer).In particular:
Some Root CA certificates disappear when installed for Wi-Fi configurations.Other certificates are installed successfully and are later revoked by the system.
The following error is seen in device logs:“wificond: keyStore2GetCert:146 Keystore 2.0 getKeyEntry failed error: Status(-8, EX_SERVICE_SPECIFIC): '7: '"

All versions of Intelligent Hub on Android 11 and newer devices.
Resolution
The Workspace ONE Product Team is actively working to identify and resolve this issue.We have identified a potential resolution in an associated issue. Please follow the steps outlined in https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/89264 to test it.
