Symptoms
Incorrect Reclamation and Data Center Optimization information is shown in vRealize Business for Cloud if vRealize Operations Manager 6.7 or later is usedvCenter data collection in vRealize Business has warning: Unable to authenticate to vROPs using the vCenter's credentials
Cause
Starting in vRealize Operations Manager 6.7, the capacity model was changed and some of the reclamation related metrics which vRealize Business for Cloud was getting from vRealize Operations Manager were removed.Therefore in vRealize Business for Cloud the following functionalities are impacted:

Resolution
This is a known issue in vRealize Business 7.4.
Workaround
To workaround this issue:
Use the vRealize Operations Manager 6.7 or later Reclamation feature. The instructions on which can be obtained in the relvant vRealize Operations Manager product version's documentation.In vRealize Business for Cloud the capacity model changes mentioned in cause section would not be consumed. Instead, vRealize Business for Cloud features are gradually being ported to vRealize Operations Manager 6.7 and later. In every vRealize Operations Manager release, more and more cost features will be natively supported in vRealize Operations Manager. It is recommended that customers should gradually start using vRealize Operations Manager for cost features.
