Symptoms
No row with the given identifier exists: org.hibernate.ObjectNotFoundException: In the /opt/vmware/vcloud-director/logs/vcloud-container-debug.log you see errors similar to:
No row with the given identifier exists: [com.vmware.vcloud.common.model.net.NetworkPoolModel#xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx]
Cause
This issue occurs when there is no valid network pool entry for the OrgVDC in the vCloud Director Database.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, you have to change the network pool to a valid pool.To change the network pool:
Login to vCloud Director UIUnder System > Manage & MonitorFor organizations that see this error, 'Right Click' on the organization > PropertiesIn pop-out 'Click' the Network Pool and Services tabWithin the Network Pool dropdown, Select None'Click' Ok Repeat steps 2 - 4 to get back to the Network Pool dropdownSelect the Network Pool 'Click' Ok
