Cause
Unable to Save or Sync Horizon Configuration on vIDM portal.
Resolution
If you are unable to Save or Sync Horizon Configuration, please check below the below items:
Check the error message on UI and follow the instruction.Check the vIDM connector logs. Check for related exception around that time. You can also search the logs with HorizonIntegrationResourceProfileService.Exception message should tell you the exact problem. Fix that and re-try. Some of the common issues can be as:
Reachability to the connection Server or required ports 389 and 443 are not open.SAML is disabled on all the brokers. Please enable SAML and re-try the operation.SSL Handshake failure: Please check that Horizon Connection Server uses a valid CA signed certificate.
