How to customize the default name 'My Device' on the bottom banner within the AirWatch Agent app.
Resolution
On the console, go to Groups & Settings > All Settings > Apps > Settings & Policies > Settings and ensure Branding is enabled. Update "Organization Name" here to reflect the value you would like to see on the device. Please note that changing the value on this page and saving it will queue a SDK profile to all devices. Once the device picks up this change, it should reflect within the Agent app.
