Cause
Roaming Data is not detected by the AirWatch Agent for iOS devices or reported in the Telecom > List View, even though Telecom Management is enabled in the environment and also enabled in the AirWatch Agent. In the AirWatch Agent it reports 0 MB as Roaming Data but Overall Data consumption reports fine. On the device, Roaming is turned on for Cellular Data.
Resolution
In order to report Roaming Data, we will need to also collect the Location Data from the device. In the Admin Console please goto All Settings > Devices & Users > Apple > Apple iOS and select "Collect Location Data". Also under All Settings > Devices & Users > General > Privacy, enable "Collect & Display" for "GPS Data". After these changes are made, check on the device if location services are turned on for the Agent. If they are, Roaming Data should start to be reported.
