Purpose
This article provides steps to set the maximum mail sync period to unlimited on Workspace ONE Boxer.
Resolution
To configure Boxer to sync mails for an unlimited period of time:
Navigate to the Boxer app configuration you want to edit.In the Boxer configuration, navigate to Email Settings > Sync.Click on EDIT or CONFIGURE.
On the next page, change the Maximum Allowed Email Sync Period to No Limit.
Save the changes made.Launch the Boxer application on the device and navigate to Settings
Under the Accounts section, click on the account name you want to change the sync period for.
On the next screen, under the Data Usage section, click Mail Synced for
In the dialog box which opens up, choose No limit.
Upon choosing this setting, we will receive a message warning us that new mails will not sync until all the older emails are synced. Click on enable to accept the warning message and change the Boxer email sync period to No limit
NOTE: Regardless of the sync period the maximum number of emails which can be shown in Inbox at a time is 1500.
