Cause
The AirWatch Tunnel proxy is not working. Unable to reach internal websites through AirWatch Browser. The following error is presented:
"Mobile Access Gateway is not correctly configured in the AirWatch Console. Please contact your administrator to obtain access to internal resources."
Resolution
Upon encountering this issue, perform the following troubleshooting steps:
Enable App Tunnel under Security PoliciesDisable the Legacy Setting under the AirWatch Browser setting in the AirWatch ConsoleSet the SDK settings for the AirWatch Browser the same as they are for the AirWatch Agent
