Why am I getting a Profile out of date error in events?
Resolution
The "Out of Date" message on a profile means that the profile has been edited/updated but has not yet been published. The version on the device is older, and therefore "Out of Date".
To resolve this you will need to click on Add Version and then Save and Publish.
If this does not resolve the issue, the profile may have been corrupted. To resolve this, you will need to re-push a new profile and deactivate the old profile after confirming that the new profile is installed.
