AirWatch Cloud Messaging URL is not reachable from the AirWatch Console
Resolution
If you are unable to reach AWCM URL from the console, please perform the following steps:
Uninstall and reinstall the AWCM serviceCheck the AWCM log file for an errorThe issue can sometimes be identified through binding; test port binding. Remove the port binding from the Device Services server. Retest.
