Symptoms
The user has a DEP iPad that is not enrolling.Note: The Device Enrollment Program (DEP) is now known as the Apple Device Enrollment program (ADE).
Cause
The user has a DEP iPad that is not enrolling. The DEP profile has been assigned, however, we are still waiting for Apple to confirm the assignment.
Resolution
To expedite the process, assign your DEP profile to the device again by performing the following steps:
Navigate here in your console: Devices > Lifecycle > Enrollment Status.Check the box to the left of its name.Click More and then Assign Profile.Click Save.
Please go ahead and factory reset the device again using either iTunes or using the Erase All Content and Settings button on the iPad. DEP devices inherit this DEP profile after a device wipe.
If a device is ever replaced, make sure that it is properly assigned to the DEP profile in Workspace ONE.
