Cause
Upon attempting to add the AirWatch MDM server on Cisco ISE, the following error displays:"Connection Failed: 404:Not Found: the MDM server is not reachable"
Resolution
If you are presented with this specific error, please perform the following troubleshooting steps:Add IIS rewrite URL as per the steps mentioned in the AirWatch Cisco - ISE Integration Guide here. If the issue persists, attempt to install the IIS Rewrite Module in the server and restart the IIS service. Ensure .NET language settings in IIS set to English - US. If the URL is not redirecting, it is necessary to contact the CISCO ISE team to perform a "Test connection" from the CISCO ISE portal.
