The collector has stopped collecting. File connector shows data is written to the database, but when you filter results by (source, and the specific collector) no data is displayed in the logs.The property store/default/import property task shows "out of disk space" (Error code 28)
1. in CLI window, execute the following command to determine which directory in APG is consuming disk space:df -hYou will notice excessive disk usage User % shows 100%2. From the CLI navigate to the /tmp and list all files. You will notice excessive .dump files listed, with high consumption:3. Delete the dump files by running the following commandrm -rf *.dump to delete all of the dump files.4. Restart all services by running the following command;./manage-modules service restart all 5. Check Backend tmp directory for files with *.failed extension. These files contain the polled data that was collected while the database connection was unavailable. In Linux : /opt/APG/Backends/APG-Backend/Default/tmp In Windows: c:\Program Files\APG\Backends\APG-Backends\Default\tmp Changed files with the .Failed extension as follows Group-xxxxxxxx.failed change to extension to .atf Property-xxxxxxx.failed change extension to .MySQL variable-xxxxxxx.failed changed extension to .MySQL 6. Check the reports, and make sure data is populated
Note: make sure file connectors are not running, which could also be causing filesystem to be completely full.
