Shared SaaS Production + Dedicated SaaS Production and UAT environments Your environment is likely already checking into our system, but may have not yet have been processed on the account side. Shared SaaS UAT environments Due to an ongoing data migration, UAT, dev, or staging Shared SaaS environments are not available on the My Company page at this time. On Premise environments For On Premise customers, this information will not be available on the My Company page.
Despite the fact that the environment is not populated in the drop-down list, please be aware that you can still access this environment via its URL and you can still submit support requests and upgrade requests for the environment in the My Workspace ONE portal.
Shared SaaS Production + Dedicated SaaS Production and UAT environments Environments that are checking into and have been processed by our Global Environment Management (GEM) system will be displayed in your My Workspace ONE portal. If the environment you are expecting to see is not displayed, please ensure that you are listed on the appropriate account in our account management system as we currently cannot display environments belonging to other accounts to contacts not listed on the account the environment is tied to. To achieve this, work with your organization’s Super User to ensure that you are present on the Service ID (SID) associated with your organization’s environment by following the Adding new users to a Subscription Service portion of this resource: How to invite new users to an account in Customer Connect.If further assistance is required, please reach out to Workspace ONE Support and provide the Service ID (SID) associated with this specific environment in order to connect it and make it visible in the My Workspace ONE portal. If you are unable to obtain this information, please provide the contract number or order number in which this environment was most recently purchased or renewed. Partners will be unable to view their Customer's environments, as these are tied to the Customer's account directly. Subsidiary or child accounts will be unable to view environments tied to their parent accounts. If you need to be moved to a new account to see an environment, you will need to ensure you have an approved email address in that customer's valid email domain(s), and then have a current Procurement Contact for the account request your addition by contacting VMware Support. If you are on the correct account but your environment is still not displayed, please try the following: For Dedicated and Shared SaaS environments, your environment is likely already checking into our system, but may have not been processed on the account side. You may also not be listed on the account where the environment is listed. Please allow for a full business week after your environment is initially purchased or setup for the information to update in your My Workspace ONE portal. If you do not see a dedicated or shared SaaS environment and you believe you are listed on the correct account, please reach out to Workspace ONE Support. Shared SaaS UAT environments Our internal teams are aware of this issue with Shared SaaS UAT, dev, and staging environments and are reviewing the functionality. We apologize for any inconvenience resulting from this limitation. On Premise environments For On Premise customers, this information will not be available on the My Company page.
