Cause
This issue is caused by a race condition of concurrent calls to authenticate the administrator@domain.com user.
Resolution
This is a known issue affecting VMware vCenter Server 5.5. To work around this issue, restart the VMware VirtualCenter Server service. For more information, see Stopping, starting, or restarting VMware vCenter Server services (1003895).
