Upgrade the vSphere host to the necessary build.Upgrade the Horizon View to the necessary build.On the Golden Image/ horizon View agent installed machine, uninstall VMware tools and View Agent.Install the newer version of VMware tools and View agent validated against our interoperability matrix.After View Agent is installed, shut down the machine and create a snapshot if you plan to use Instant based desktop pools.
