Please confirm that you are running Veeam Backup for Salesforce 1 (build 1.0.0.1429) or later before upgrading. You can find the currently installed build number in the Configuration > About section. After the upgrade, the Veeam Backup for Salesforce build number will be 1.0.2.1992.
Veeam Backup for Salesforce 1 P20230222 Experimental Support for managed packages, allowing for backup and restoration of data records for managed packages.
