This article documents how to customize the Welcome emails sent out by the Veeam Service Provider Console.
To customize the Welcome Email: Download the Welcome email sample on this article. Modify the required parameters in the template. On the Veeam Service Provider Console server, create a new folder named “Template” for the custom email in this directory:C:\Program Files\Veeam\Availability Console\ApplicationServer\ Save your new Welcome email template as “WelcomeEmail.xslt” and place it in the “Template” folder. Example 1 To change the subject for the Welcome email, use this section from the template:
