Case Creation Requirements
To create a Veeam Technical Support case for a given Support ID, you must be designated as either License Administrator or Case Administrator. For more information, please review: https://www.veeam.com/kb2211
When attempting to create a case as either License Administrator or Case Administrator, the Support ID associated will be available in the drop-down selection box.
