Challenge
The following error occurs: "VSS: Guest operation system is not supported."
The log file contains the following messages:

Cause
Application-aware image processing is not supported for Windows XP 64-bit version.
Solution
Disable VSS quiescing for any VMs with Windows XP 64-bit version.
